Thank you for purchasing from GPLC Store.

1. Digital Products

All products available on our website (including GTA V mods, 3D models, peds, props, and courses) are digital downloads. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds after a successful purchase.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Product file is completely broken or not working
• You did not receive the product after payment
• Duplicate payment was made

In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Support First

Before requesting a refund, we recommend contacting our support team. Most issues (installation, usage, errors) can be resolved quickly.

5. Payment Issues

If a payment is deducted but product not delivered, we will either:

• Provide the product manually, or
• Process a refund (if issue is confirmed)
